Grade Descriptions
Here is a full explanation of our product grades:

(A+) Brand New Item Excess stock or end line clearence stock.
(A-) Brand new item in original box however box may have slight scuffing or cosmetic damage.
(B+) Possible signs of use. Fully working all accessories present May not be in original box.
(B-) Fully working, but either missing some accessories, or more visible signs of wear and tear.
(C) Known faults or physical damage, all repairable. Might be missing accessories Customer returns.
